Ricardo Sandoval is a graduate of the School of Art and Advertising at the University of Santiago, Chile. Subsequently he designed industrial exhibitions, worked as a consultant for the small, medium and large industry for the Chilean Government and taught at his Alma Mater.  Also he worked at the largest publishing company in Sudamerica illustrating comic books with the best artists in the country.

In 1975 he moved to Canada working as a graphic artist and cartoonist at a small French Canadian newspaper and later trained as an architectural illustrator, securing a position in home design.

For the past twenty years he has enjoyed an extensive career in the film indurty in Vancouver, British Columbia as a Story Board Artist, Concept Illustrator, Assistant Art Director and Art Director.  He continues to develop his own publishing projects with his company False Creek Press Inc., in Vancouver, Canada.
